Imagine if you could listen to the stories that the old walls of our compound whisper to each other. What would they tell? Prepare yourself for an unconventional journey through time full of surprises, absurd situations, and perhaps even a few ghosts...

The Era of the Collective Farm or "How the Estate Learned to Be Sad"

Our walls remember times when the collective farm here cultivated mainly... well, let's say "creative chaos". If TripAdvisor had existed back then, the rating would probably have read: "Authentic experience of a crumbling estate. Roof like a free sieve! I recommend it only to masochists and archaeologists."

The old beams still remember the days when the main architectural style was "How is it still holding together?" and the number one design element was rust and birch trees growing out of roof remnants. Well, at least it had patina!

The Arrival of the "Crazy" Family or "Who in Their Right Mind Buys Ruins?"

Then our family arrived. Well, our dad. And everyone said: "You're insane! It's like buying the Titanic and hoping it will float!"

But you know what? Madness has its charm! For more than 20 years we've been renovating without a single crown from subsidies (yes, you read that right - no European funds, no subsidies, just pure stubbornness and love for the impossible).

If there were an Olympics in renovations, we'd have a gold medal in the discipline "Largest Reconstruction with the Smallest Budget".

Modern Times or "Plot Twist - It Works!

Today our walls no longer sigh with sadness, but laugh with joy! Instead of cracks we have bowling, instead of holes in the roof we have squash, and instead of crumbling stables we have cozy rooms.

And the best part? We're preparing a wellness center! Yes, you're reading correctly - a place where cows once chewed, soon you'll be chewing... ehm, sorry, relaxing in a sauna!

The Spa Triangle or "We're in Good Neighborhood

We're located in the spa triangle, which is like being in the Bermuda Triangle, except instead of lost ships you have lost worries and found peace. The surrounding nature is so beautiful that even our cows (if they were still here) would wear sunglasses.

Insider tip: Local springs have healing properties. After a week with us, you'll have not only a healed soul, but also a perfect beach body.

We're soon opening a wellness center with a swimming pool, Finnish sauna, steam sauna, and hydromassage tub. Imagine it. A place where there once was a pile of manure, you'll be able to relax in a hot tub. That's quite an upgrade of the century!

And a conference hall? Perfect for team building like: "How to convince the boss that we need more frequent corporate events in such a beautiful setting."
